Nick Jasmon

Nick is passionate about helping families regain their dignity while having access to quality and affordable care. Nickis the VP of Business Development who leads all AHMG & Elevate managed communities’ sales, marketing, operations, and market analysis initiatives. Nick brings 9 years of senior living sales, marketing, operations, and market analysis experience to the team with a focus on fostering relationships and a community to drive ROI for their owners.

Nick is passionate about the resident and family experience throughout their journey in Senior Living pushing for deeper connections in the sales process to reduce turnover. To expand this Nick has participated in The Sleepover project with Elevate Senior Living to gain adee per understanding of a resident’s experience moving into a new community as well as the challenges community care staff experience daily.

Previously Nick spent time developing and honing his unique sales process at the community level and with industry tech partners looking to disrupt the status quo in senior living. Nick takes pride in fostering a personal approach with his team and industry connections to drive employee engagement and innovative thought.

Nick has extensive experience in working within family & corporate systems, succession planning, role development, social media, and other marketing platforms. Nick received a Bachelor ofBusiness Administration from Stetson University located in DeLand, FL.
